High transparency and durability
Automotive display silicone that resists yellowing, maintains high optical performance, and accommodates shape changes with low shrinkage, while providing strong adhesion to plastic covers.

Wide range for process requirements
Offering a wide viscosity range (1,000 mPas to 45,000 mPas) and a comprehensive lineup, including heat-curing and UV-curing types. The UV-curing type allows bonding after UV irradiation, making it suitable even for UV-impermeable materials. Additionally, products with high viscosity enable thick-film coating.

Broad industry adoption
Widely adopted in the Japanese and global automotive industries, with applications including instrument clusters, center information displays, and head-up displays. Also featuring a proven track record with plastic covers, further expansion into diverse fields is expected.

Center information displays

The digitalization, enlargement, and diversification of automotive interiors are accelerating, creating various needs such as improved visibility and compatibility with curved surfaces. The LUMISIL® series of OCR (Optically Clear Resin) silicones delivers high durability and strong adhesion even for large displays exceeding 12 inches, and has been widely adopted in a variety of display sizes.
