PTT Floor Mat
Automotive Floor Mat with antifouling property
PTT not only features high quality and excellent shape recovery properties, but also is environmentally friendly.
PTT Floor Mat
PTT has so far been adopted as floor mats.
PTT has so far been adopted as floor mats.
Thanks to the thread produced from high-performance polymer PTT, the molecular structure and crystalline morphology, PTT has higher compression recovery and flexibility than PET and PBT fiber.
PTT: Poly Trimethylene Terephthalate
PET: Poly Ethylene Terephthalate
PBT: Poly Butylene Terephthalate
PTT is also environmentally friendly. Since 37% of the raw materials of PTT are plant-derived, the use of PTT can reduce dependence on oil/fossil fuels.
PTT-composition: Totally plant-derived Bio-PDO 1,3-propanediol (37%) + PTA, etc. (63%)
Compared with nylon materials, PTT allows stains to be removed easily, helping to keep cleanliness inside the car.
The excellent durability of PTT is utilized for artificial lawn, etc.
Our unique nanocomposite materials are composites of highly heat-resistant cellulose nanofiber (CNF) and polyacetal (POM). The materials excel in rigidity, dimensional stability, as well as sliding properties, good creep properties, and are expected to be applied to various sliding parts. They also contribute to reducing the environmental impact of parts since they utilize biomaterials, have high mechanical recyclability, and reduce the weight of parts.
POM/CNF composite materials
AZP™️ is a novel transparent resin with excellent optical properties, of which birefringence is controlled from the molecular level by our advanced molecular design technology and our own polymerization technology.

The materials excel in rigidity, dimensional stability, as well as sliding properties, and are expected to be applied to various sliding parts. *As defined by UL 746A, regrind refers to a noncontaminated product or scrap from molding, such as sprues or runners that have been reclaimed by shredding, repalletizing, and granulating for use in-house.
PA/CNF composite materials
Asahi Kasei has modified the conventional polyacetal resin to take on metallic colors while achieving low VOC emission. This contributes to significant cost reduction by eliminating plating and coating process as well as reducing negative impact on the environment. The resin also has weather resistant property.
TENAC™-C (ZM413 grade)
The DELPET™ PB series is an acrylic resin which maintains a high ebony property for a long period of time. It meets requirements such as high fluidity and solvent resistance, has a wide range of grades, and is optimal for bodywork on vehicle exteriors.
DELPET™ PB series
The DELPET™ light diffusion/scattering material series offers a wide selection of diffusion and scattering patterns which improve vehicle or product appearance, eliminate glare, reduce the number of LEDs, and contribute to space saving as well as cost reduction.

Thermylene™ is a high strength, high stiffness, high performance chemically bonded polypropylene compound.
DURANATE™ is a hardener for urethane coatings. Urethane coatings hardened with DURANATE™ have not only high weatherability, but also excellent mechanical and chemical properties. In addition, our unique technologies - low viscosity and low-temperature curability - contribute to reducing VOCs and CO2.
High-weatherability crosslinker for 1K/2K Polyurethane coatings and resins
NEOMA®FOAM is the foam with excellent heat insulation, flame resistance, as well as workability and achieves lightweight and high strength in a balanced manner. It contributes to weight reduction and higher functionality in various parts of automobiles.
Foam/Heat Insulation Material
These are additives suitable for improving key properties such as flexibility, abrasion resistance, soft-touch feeling, etc., which are required for automotive interior parts.
Hydrogenated styrenic thermoplastic elastomer
Dinamica® microfiber is a versatile material of exceptional quality and performance. With a view to always supply cutting-edge microfiber products of the highest quality, Miko designed a new line, PURE, for mobility needs featuring a higher proportion of recycled content per article made from a mixture of post-consumer and pre-consumer content*. *recycled content varies depending on article & application.
Non-woven fabric and fiber
LEONA™ is highly strong and has excellent heat resistance. In addition, LEONA™ excels in rubber adhesiveness. LEONA™ is used as an industrial material. It is mainly used for automotive products.
MEF™ stands for "Moldable PolyEthylene Foam" Being inherently light and flexible, PE foam offers exceptional shock absorption and durability. As it is molded by steam chest molding, it can be formed into different shapes and sizes easily, and is suitable for automotive parts (especially for car interiors). It is also suitable for returnable packaging in shipping of automotive parts.
In addition to having excellent polarization properties in a wide wavelength range, this polarizing film is characterized by both easy workability (easy lamintation, bending, profile cut, etc.) and excellent heat resistance stability.
Optical film (polarizing film)
Integrated processing using multiple materials such as spunbonded non-woven fabric, knee panfelt, and woven fabric is possible. Shape cutting, punching, sewing, etc. are possible according to the needs of each airbag manufacturer.
