Since the soft texture is achieved by injection molding, post-processing such as painting is not required, resulting in the possibility of reducing CO2 emissions.

Soft touch
Injection molding alone provides a soft touch that is not often found in glass fiber reinforced materials. Appearance can also be enhanced by graining or satin finish.
Long-lasting appearance
Scratches are barely noticeable and the appearance of the parts is well maintained. The color change is minimal and the scratch resistance is excellent, allowing the product to retain its aesthetic appearance.
Simplified manufacturing process and cost reduction
Since the soft touch texture can be achived by injection molding alone, this material can eliminates the need for finishing, simplifying the manufacturing process and reducing costs.
Automotive Interior Parts
SoForm™, a PPGF haptic material, has improved scratch resistance properties with less color change when compared to TPO with 20% talc, enabling the molding of automobile interior parts with good appearance and less visible scratches.
