This is a water-based paint that maintains weather and chemical resistance required for resin windows, while achieving wear resistance compliant with windshield standards without plasma CVD.
Feature
- High wear resistance
- weather and chemical resistance
- VOC reduction during production
Usage
- window glass
- sunroof
- radar covers
By applying this coating agent, it is possible to replace the glass window with resin. This results in a weight reduction of approximately 50% compared to glass.

High wear resistance
Abrasion resistance compatible with windshield standards is achieved without plasma CVD.
Taber test 1000 revolutions Δhaze<2%
High durability (weather and chemical resistance)
Uncoated polycarbonate yellows (Δb=5) after 2800MJ/m2 radiation, but the developed product exhibits high weather resistance with Δb.
It is also chemically resistant to pass dip tests (soap, detergent, modified alcohol, gasoline and kerosene).
VOC reduction during production
VOC emissions can be reduced because of water-based paints, which contributes to improving the work environment in clean rooms.
Polycarbonate (transparent resin) sites used in interior and exterior
It can be used for automotive window glass, radar covers, etc.
